B12 supplements:
The recommended intake of vitamin B12 is 4-7 micrograms (mcg) a day, however to get that much in daily or weekly supplements you have to take much more. We recommend taking one weekly tablet of 500 mcg or more, of either cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin, or hydroxocobalamin.
