Are you ready to make the best apple pie of your life? I think the time has come. The ingredients you will need are:

~Crust~
2 cups spelt flour or whole wheat
8-10 pitted dates (large ones)
1/4 cup water
Cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

~Filling~
3 apples, sliced very thinly (I used my spiralizer to shred them)
6 pitted dates (large)
2 Tbs lemon juice
Cinnamon
2 Tbs coconut sugar
2 Tbs maple syrup
Divide crust into 2 parts. Make one the actual crust and one the top part.
Bake crust first at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes.
Spread on the filling and slice the other crust into thin slices and layer them in a criss-cross pattern.
Put back in oven for about 30 minutes or until done.

Enjoy warm and save the rest for later. It tastes best heated up. I hope you like this recipe :)
